Fullscreen mode on Vista may have poor performance

When opening an NX session in fullscreen mode on Windows Vista, some performance issues may be noticed, e.g. the window movement is slow.

The event log reports the following information:
A request to disable the Desktop Window Manager was made by process (nxwin.exe)

It has been verified that the issue occurs with DirectDraw engine enabled but does not when using the GDI system.
