Ubuntu Unity 3D and GNOME 3 desktop environments are fully supported starting from version 4.3. Unity 3D has been the default desktop of Ubuntu since the release of Ubuntu 11.04 and GNOME 3 has been the default desktop environment on Fedora since version 15.
