Scope of policy
This policy applies specifically to your use of NoMachine for Mobile Applications, "NoMachine Apps", available for download from the Apple App Store at https://itunes.apple.com, the Google Play Store at https://play.google.com (together defined as "App Stores") .
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data NoMachines collect from you, if any, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us when using the NoMachine App. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how NoMachine will treat it.
What information does NoMachine collect
NoMachine Apps do not contain Analytics Tools, therefore we do not gather any personal data from your use of the NoMachine Apps.
Data we receive is impersonal and for troubleshooting purposes. However, the logs are stored locally on your device and not sent automatically. In the event you wish to submit a Crash Report to one of the App Stores, NoMachine may collect and process the following information about your device and the NoMachine Software:
- Non-personal information, such as: brand, manufacturer, model & operating system version.
- Version, mode and subscription information.
The information will be submitted to the App Stores and made available to NoMachine developers for further analysis.
For the avoidance of doubt, we explicitly do not log or collect passwords, mouse clicks, keystrokes, audio, video through use of the NoMachine Apps. These are encrypted end-to-end and are never available either to NoMachine or to third parties.
