As for sessions displayed by the NoMachine client (www.nomachine.com/FR10K02785)  it should be possible to choose within the session if key combinations like ctrl+alt+del have to be forwarded or not to the Windows desktop. 

This may be configurable from the Menu panel that can be opened inside the session by ctrl+alt+0 or by clicking on the page peel on the upper right corner of the window.
