Supporting SSH CA public keys for key-based authentication for connections by SSH protocol

It should be possible to use SSH CA public keys for NoMachine connections by SSH protocol and key-based authentication method.

By default, SSH connections from end-users' computer rely on the libssh2 library shipped with the NoMachine packages which doesn't support at the moment CA public keys.

The NoMachine client can however be configured to use any compatible SSH client already present on the system and supporting SSH CA public keys. To do that, edit the file HOME/.nx/config/player.cfg and setting the "SSH client mode" key as it follows:

<option key="SSH client mode" value="native" />
