Adding the -limitscroll parameter to the DisplayAgentExtraOptions key

The DisplayAgentExtraOptions key in the node.cfg file should accept a new parameter, -limitscroll, in order to configure how the display agent will manage the mouse scroll events.

By default, the agent will suppress some scroll events to prevent perfomance issues in case of Linux single applications running in a custom session in floating window mode. It will instead transmit all scroll events in the other session types.

To force a different behaviour set:

DisplayAgentExtraOptions "-limitscroll 1" to suppress some scroll events

DisplayAgentExtraOptions "-limitscroll 0"  to transmit all scroll events.

Notify me when the FR is implemented.
