Offloading client side rendering pipeline to the GPU on macOS

NoMachine already offloads the heavy H.264 decoding to the GPU (see https://www.nomachine.com/FR10K02775 about hardware accelerated decoding on Mac).

The goal of this implementation is to offload the whole rendering pipeline to the GPU, including colorspace conversions, scaling and filtering, by leveraging OpenGL and GPU programming techniques. This will be beneficial to the performance, as it will expectedly reduce response time and CPU usage by the NoMachine client.
