Adding support for GPU accelerated H.264 hardware decoding on Linux

Thanks to this implementation, NoMachine is able to use the H.264 hardware decoding on Linux machines with hardware accelerated video cards (GPUs) and providing the Video Acceleration API (VA API, by means of libVA).

In all the other cases, the H.264 decoding library will be used. Note that since version 6.6.8 all products provide H.264 software acceleration capabilities.

This feature is already available since v. 6.7 but it's disabled by default since it's an experimental version.

To enable it, edit the player.cfg file in the user's home/.nx/config directory and set:

<option key="Enable hardware accelerated decoding" value="true" />
