Implementing Wake On Lan feature

NoMachine client should be able to send a Wake on LAN (WOL) magic packet on the ethernet interface to wake up those computers that are in 'low power mode', e.g. are in sleep, hybernation mode to save power, or powered off.

Pre-requisite is that the device supports Wake on LAN and that it has the MAC address of the network card set. In some cases it can be necessary to configure manually the device to listen for the WOL magic packet.
