Making the client able to store the user's selection for creating a new display on this server

When there are no X servers running on the remote Linux host (e.g. headless machine), users are prompted to choose if “Always create a new display on this server”. This choice should be remembered by the client and no changes should be applied in the configuration on server side.

Notes:

1) if the user connects by a different client, he/she will be prompted again with the same question.

2) older clients will always prompt this question, unless the server is configured to always create the display (i.e. 'CreateDisplay 1' is set in /usr/NX/etc/server.cfg)

3) Question about creating new display is not issued when the server is configured to always create the display (i.e. 'CreateDisplay 1' is set in /usr/NX/etc/server.cfg)

4) Web sessions already store the choice on user's side in browser's cookies.
