Platform: All Platforms
Product: NoMachine Client
Severity: Minor
Status: Open
Mouse pointer is shown at a wrong position

Problem occurs with this setup:

  • - NoMachine server on  Linux.
  • - NoMachine client on any platform.
  • - Session type: sharing a physical desktop.

Steps to reproduce:

  • - Connect to the remote display. Be sure that "Resize remote screen" and "Match the client resolution upon connecting" are off.
  • - Resize the remote screen to the maximum size fitting in the NoMachine client, neither with invisible part nor scaling.
  • - Open the menu and set "Resize remote screen" and "Match the client resolution upon connecting". Enable also "Show - remote cursor pointer" to make problem more evident.
  • - Use NoMachine menu to disconnect.
  • - Without changing NoMachine window size, connect again: remote desktop looks scaled to fit the window and mouse pointer is shown at a wrong position (nevertheless, image of "remote" cursor is shown at the correct place).
