The language environment is not set correctly in web sessions

The language environment is not set correctly in NoMachine web sessions on Linux.

As a workaround, specify the language by adding the env LANG to the command for starting the desktop in the node.cfg file.

To set the language environment for a new virtual destkop to for example German, prepend the "env LANG=de_DE.UTF8" string to the command specified in the DefaultDesktopCommand key:

DefaultDesktopCommand "env LANG=de_DE.UTF8 /usr/bin/gnome-session --session=ubuntu-2d"

Notes:

1) The command to start the desktop environment must not be changed.
2) This problem occurs also when connectd by NoMachine client to virtual desktops running with the X11 vector graphics mode disabled ( AgentX11VectorGraphics 0 in node.cfg).
