Audio stutters during NoMachine session

Regardless of the connection speed and the available hardware, during the NoMachine session user can hear micro-stuttering of the audio stream in the form of peaks. Attempting to relieve the Internet load by changing the video encoding or by reducing the quality of both video and audio does not bring improvements. The problem occurs on various operating systems, for example with a NoMachine client connection from Windows 10 to macOS Mojave.
