The client on Windows 10 automatically turns off the resize remote screen

When a user on Windows 10 resizes the client window to a geometry that is very close or equal to the width or the height of the desktop, the resize remote screen option turns off automatically. The problem doesn't occur when the window is maximized.

Please note, this issue should not be confused with those conditions that legitimately disable the resize remote screen option, occurring for example when the remote desktop resizes to a geometry bigger than the available area of client window's screen.
