KDE neon displays repeatedly a dialog asking for admin credentials to allow control of network connections

When the user is connected via NoMachine to a KDE neon desktop, the org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.network-control policy repeadetly issues a dialog asking to allow control of network connections.

To avoid that request, create as root the following file:
/etc/polkit-1/localauthority/55-org.nomachine.d/10-org.nomachine.allow.network-control.pkla

with the following content:

[Allow network-control for NoMachine]
Identity=unix-user:*
Action=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.network-control
ResultAny=no
ResultInactive=no
ResultActive=yes

Then restart NoMachine by executing in a console:

 /etc/NX/nxserver --restart
