Resizing Evince window is troublesome

This problem occurs when Evince (PDF reader) is run in a custom session, and the gtk3-nocsd module is not in use.

Widening Evince window by dragging its borders looks difficult: it is possible only dragging very slowly, otherwise the mouse pointer exits the window, loses the hook, and resize action ceases. Afterwards, the mouse pointer looks grabbed by Evince if it is moved back into the window, resulting in window size getting unintentionally reduced. If left button is pressed while mouse pointer is inside Evince window, grab ceases and behavior comes back to normal.

As a workaround, install the gtk3-nocsd module which disables the client side decoration of Gtk+ 3.
