Reconnecting a virtual desktops on a remote node remains in stage "Connecting to virtual desktop" forever

This problem occurs in a multinode environment (Enterprise Terminal Server, ETS + Terminal Server Node, TSN).

It's triggered by the fact that the connection between the session's nxserver and the Connection Monitor process on the remote hosts (TSN) is not closed, after that the session process is closed. This leads to inconsistency between the number of running sessions into the database and the number of active connections managed by the Connection Monitor.

Possible workarounds are:

1) Terminate manually hanging 'shadow' type sessions (they corresponded to the attempt of reconnecting a virtual desktop):

sudo /etc/NX/nxserver --terminate <sessionID>

2) locate process 'nxserver --connectionmonitor IP:PORT' for the problematic host and terminate this process on ETS.
The 'nxserver --daemon' process will spawn a new Connection Monitor and update the database to a consistent state.
