Severity: Minor

Cannot start the nxnode program on Windows if hostname or username contains non-Latin symbols

The nxnode program cannot be started on Windows if hostname or the active user name contains non Latin characters.

The 'nxserver --status' command  executed in a cmd shell shows that nxnode is disabled and it is not possible to start it with 'nxserver --restart'  or 'nxserver --start' or 'nxserver --startup'.

The problem has been reproduced with NoMachine v. 5.1.24.

There is another issue reproduced on Windows 8 x64 related to this TR. After a clean install of NoMachine, a dialog appears asking for folder. This behavior has been reproduced only when the Windows account has a cyrillic user name.
