Connecting to the Windows physical desktop is not possible when the system account name contains non-latin characters

When the localized version of Windows SYSTEM account name contains non-latin characters such as umlaut or cedilla characters, the connection to the physical desktop on Windows is not possible.

In case of NoMachine free, the user gets the following:

Error is 108: connection reset by peer

In case of the Enterprise Desktop, the physical desktop is not listed and the user gets 'No available sessions'.

In both cases, the server log reports:

10492 10492 2020-12-22 14:35:36 571.308 NXNODE   ERROR! NXClient Monitor failed to start.
