Although your ARMv7 device may not be listed here, we encourage you to try the packages. Please consult the installation and configuration notes about Linux for ARM packages for more details.
 

Downloading and Installing

TAR.GZ version
  • Click on Download and save the TAR.GZ file in the /usr directory.
  • Extract the TAR.GZ archive by running from command line:

      $ sudo tar zxvf nomachine_5.3.10_1_armv7hl.tar.gz

  • Install NoMachine by executing:

      $ sudo /usr/NX/nxserver --install
If you don't have the sudo utility installed, log on as superuser ("root") and run the command without sudo.

Recommended System Requirements

The software is designed to work on computers with minimal HW requirements. Although the software may work with inferior CPUs or reduced RAM, for best performance NoMachine recommends you match the listed requirements.

  • ARMv7 SoC with NEON extension, Linux for ARMv7 "hard float" (armhf/armv7hl) distribution
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 68 MB free disk space
  • Network connection (either a LAN, or Internet link: broadband, cable, DSL, etc.)
