    Hi!

    I am using NoMachine Enterprise Client for Windows ver. 5.1.9_7 to connect to NoMachine Workstation for Linux ver. 5.1.22_6 (trial).

    After each normally terminated session I can see that two directories are left inside “%USERPROFILE%\.nx” on the client machine: T-M-* and T-R-*.

    Is there an option I can set in “%USERPROFILE%\.nx\config\player.cfg” file or in the *.nxs file that would remove those session directories from the client?

    TIA

    Hi.

    Removing those directories is the default behaviour of the client, unless you’ve checked the box “Don’t delete log files on exit” in Privacy settings.
    Could you verify your preferences?

    Tor, you are right. After disabling the “Don’t delete log files on exit” option, the session directories are removed at the end of session.

    BTW, that option corresponds to the following line in “%USERPROFILE%\.nx\config\player.cfg”:

    <option key=”Remove old sessions” value=”true” />
