I have NoMachine installed on my Windows 7 machine as well as on a Mac OS X Yosemite machine. Both are on version 4.4.12 of NoMachine.

On the Windows machine, in the Security tab I have the option to “Lock the physical screen when somebody connects”, however this is not present on the Mac machine.

I want to connect from the Windows machine to the Mac, and I don’t want people near the Mac to be able to see/interact with it while I am using it remotely, so I would really like NoMachine to lock the screen.

Is there any way to enable this on Mac? Or is there a specific reason this setting is not visible?

    Hi murky,

the lock screen feature is currently available only on Windows but it is being implemented also for Mac and Linux and it will be available on those platforms in one of the next updates.

Here is the relevant Feature Request:

You can check the box for being notified when it will be implemented.
