NX session freezing

User is facing issue for NX session freezing. Some time session got disconnect while switching from LAN to WiFi (vice-Versa)

It’s hard to say why this is happening. You don’t mention the distro, nor DE environment. But you should consider that this TR: https://www.nomachine.com/TR05M05475 was fixed in a later version to what you are actually using. It might be this bug which you are experiencing.

I would also strongly advise you to update your software, at least to version 5.
