Subscription Details and Scope of Coverage

NoMachine's wide range of annual subscription options are not limited to NoMachine software products. Assistance is extended to a deep knowledge of system integration issues related to thin-client and virtual desktops on a multitude of platforms, including Linux and open source products. Our support services deliver expert assistance to our customers in managing and maintaining NoMachine software within their environment.

Customers are offered a choice of support service levels according to the product, and are encouraged to renew subscriptions in order to continue receiving all of the benefits of the program. The table below shows our complete range of annual subscription choices and what services are offered with them.

Our developers are moving quickly to complete the new Enterprise suite and integrate the remaining functionalities. Until then, NX Server Subscriptions for version 3.5.0 will still be made available for purchase. Consult the Subscription Services Level Agreement for details about the terms and conditions for each specific subscription type.
