Customer Center

By logging on, subscribed customers can manage support enquiries, download the latest product version upgrades made available during the subscription term, access purchase history, renew subscriptions, and modify billing and contact information. Consult the Support Services overview for more information about scope of coverage and response times.

Don't have a subscription?

If you do not have a valid subscription you can still let us know of any bugs or unusual behaviour by submitting a Report Issue. Please make sure it has not already been reported by searching through the existing Trouble Reports and available workarounds which we publish.
