It comes with unlimited Web and phone-based support enquiries, with priority support compared to issues submitted by Standard and Premium Support owners. With Mission Support our team will respond within 1h, 7 days a week, including public holidays, to all your enquiries, of any severity level. The price of this support level agreement is equal to 60% of all your existing NoMachine software and NoMachine Network deployment, and requires a minimum annual subscription spend of $20k. So, for example, given a $20K annual spend, the Mission Support price will be $12K.
