The NoMachine Player connects to Personal Edition, Enterprise Desktop, Terminal Server and Cloud Server products alike. Whether you're checking in on your home computer or managing infrastructure across a company network, the player gives you one client software for all your connections.
More than just a desktop connection
The Player isn't limited to graphical sessions. It provides terminal access just as easily as a full desktop, so that system administrators and power users get the flexibility to work exactly how they need to, whether that's for scripting or for running jobs.
Stay connected, on any platform
The NoMachine Player is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, ARM, Raspberry Pi devices and also iOS and Android which all give you the same intuitive and familiar interface. Connections that you make stay local to each device, but if you activate NoMachine Network, you can connect over Machine Id instead, and those machines can follow you across every device you use through your own personal Machine book.
Make connections over IP or over Machine Id
The NoMachine Player lets you connect using a computer's IP address or you can login to the NoMachine Network service on the player and connect using its Machine Id instead. To connect over Network you will need a Network subscription to reach the computer published on Network.
No limitations on machines you can connect
With NoMachine there is no need to pre-define or keep track of which machines you connect to. Unlike other remote access products, NoMachine doesn’t impose any limit on the number of machines you can connect. There is no list of "managed devices" and no target machines to "register", with NoMachine you can connect to any machine around the world, just connect and forget.
No limitations on connections
There is no limit on the number of connections you can make, the connections a machine can accept just depend on the NoMachine product you are connecting to and, in the case of all the Enterprise products, the connections are unlimited. With the Network service, the number of concurrent connections you can run depends on the Network subscription you purchased.
An extra layer of protection
Leverage NoMachine’s own two-factor authentication and add a layer of defense to your NoMachine login. It's a free, optional feature that works whether you're connecting over a direct IP address or through NoMachine Network. To receive push notifications for approval, you'll need a NoMachine account and the free mobile app installed on your phone.
Create and share connection files
The player can create and export session files including Web-based connection files, so you can pre-configure a connection once and share it with others. Recipients simply open the file to connect, with no manual setup required on their end.
